Welcome to the College of Natural and Applied Sciences (CoNAS) at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA)!
CoNAS is a vibrant hub of learning and innovation located on the historical and beautiful campus of Solomon Mahlangu (SMC), Mazimbu, Morogoro. As the Principal of CoNAS, I am delighted to welcome our students, staff, and visitors.
CoNAS provides a comprehensive education in the natural and applied sciences through its Departments and programs in Biosciences, Chemistry and Physics, Geography and Environmental Studies, Informatics and Information Technology, and Mathematics and Statistics. Our dedicated academic members are subject matter experts who are dedicated to providing you with a world-class education.

The college offers a total of 2 non-degree programmes namely Certificate in Information Technology and Diploma in Information Technology
CoNAS offers a total of 13 undergraduate degree programs out of which 10 are related to Bachelor of Science with Education and the other 3 covers Environmental Science and Management, Information Technology, and Information and Records Management
The college offer several Masters of Science in the areas of Education (Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics), Analytical Chemistry, Phytochemistry, Hydrogeology and Water Resources Management and Environmental Sciences, Management and Technology.
CoNAS also offers PhD by thesis in the areas of Library studies, Analytical Chemistry, Phytochemistry, Phytomedicine, Geography and Environmental Studies.
