Ms. Prisca Joseph Chuwa is a master’s of science student at the Sokoine University of Agriculture pursuing a Master of Science with Education (Biology) in the Department of Biosciences at the College of Natural and Applied Sciences. Chuwa is a 2019 graduate of a Bachelor of Science with Education (Chemistry and Biology) from the Sokoine University of Agriculture. Her research interest in the field of zoology is in the area of parasitology. Currently, Chuwa is conducting research on the prevalence and molecular characterization of Echinococcus granulosus from slaughtered goats and sheep in Morogoro, eastern Tanzania.
