Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) need to be imparted on Tanzania children to rise their interest on solving life problems. STEM education takes the knowledge obtained in class into the real world. It emphasizes the integration and use of scientific knowledge into solving real life problems. The department of Chemistry is in the fore front to promoting STEM subjects at primary school with the aim of contributing into the current national agenda on industrialization. Arrangement of Science quiz competitions and demonstrations are done for more than 5 years. Camel Primary School located at Kihonda Morogoro has been a beneficiary to the STEM program for more than 5 years. The program has contributed in enhancing the capacity of students to be fast thinkers and respondents on issues pertaining to science and life.
