We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ms. Anna Shangwe Mbughuni, our PhD candidate, for successfully defending her doctoral thesis titled “Enhancing Access to Local Contents in Tanzanian Universities through Open Access Institutional Repositories (OAIRs)” on August 1st, 2023.
